Some time in Spring of 2017, Trump spoke of wanting Queen Elizabeth to break out her golden carriage and hold a processional through the streets for him. He kind of hinted he was expecting she would want to do that for him. Nothing could be further from the truth. And the Summer 2018 meeting he will be having with the Prime Minister is being moved away from London altogether, because British protesters have dreamt up some amazing ways to "welcome" him if he does have the meeting in London.
